cc consulting was founded by Cristina Cerqueiro with the conviction that true transformation is more than concepts and plans. Change only succeeds when people, structures, and leadership develop together.
The foundation for this is many years of experience in management consulting, organizational development, and supporting complex transformation processes. This experience gave rise to the desire to shape consulting differently: practical, effective, and with a clear understanding of the reality of companies and their people.
Today, cc consulting consists of a small, well-coordinated team of four consultants. Depending on the project, they work individually or together, supplemented by selected partners as needed. We are united by shared values: quality, reliability, and clear communication. For us, consulting means getting to the heart of the matter rather than producing buzzwords—thus enabling lasting change.
