For over 20 years, I have worked in the field of HR, leadership, and change and have experienced how crucial it is to create learning spaces where culture, competence, and attitude come together.
I'm driven by the question of how people can develop their potential when they experience guidance, trust, and courage. My passion is to support leaders and teams so that talents become strengths and strengths become impact. For me, learning is not a one-time event, but the engine of sustainable change.
